Joseph Daley goes to Dorchester

Trial at Dalhousie on Tuesday resulted in a verdict of guilty.

GOT TEN YEARS

Joseph Daley, who was charged with assaulting Andrew Duthie, of Milwaukee, on Patterson St. here a short time ago, and robbing him of his money appeared before Judge McLatchey at Dalhousie Tuesday.

Daley was found guilty and was sentenced to ten years in Dorchester. Giving evidence in his own behalf, Daley said he had a wife in Cadiz, Eng. He is a native of Campbellton.

James S. Harquail clerk of the peace prosecuted and Arthur J. LeBlanc defended the prisoner.
