Police court

Chas. Malley was arrested at Athol by Officer Brown for creating a disturbance there. He will appear before Judge Matheson Wednesday morning.

Two Indians were arrested here this afternoon by the Mission Policeman and Chief Crawford and Officer Brown. They are charged with breaking into the Mission lockup and allowing three prisoners to escape. When captured they had a miscellaneous outfit, consisting of a bottle of gin, a box of cartridges and a quantity of canned goods. They will come up before Judge Matheson in the morning.
