$41.00 was cost of street plowing in winter of 1891

Traffic conditions on Campbellton's main thoroughfares during recent winters may not have been always satisfactory to particular residents of the Town, but it is a safe bet that in 1891 there existed greater cause for complain.

In the winter of that year it cost the Town Council exactly $41.00 to keep local streets "in order." Thomas Copeland secured the tender, announcement being made at the January meeting of the board.
