New street were opened up and made

New street from Aberdeen to Lansdowne
Extension to Prince William St from East Stanley to the Convent.
Cromwell Avenue, from Gerrard to Duncan.
Duncan St from Sugar Loaf to J. B. Christopher's

The following streets were made over and gravelled:

East Stanley with a water course at each end.
Gerrard St. to Harvey Calder's.
Cedar to the railway crossing.
King St from Queen to Ramsay.
Aberdeen St.
Union Terrace from Mrs. Patterson's to Mrs. Mowat's; also ditch cleaned.
Prince William ST. gravelled from King to railway crossing.
A larger amount of deal sidewalk was built last year than usual, in all 2575 feet as follows:
Water St. 915 feet
Andrew St. 852 feet.
Prince William St., 295 feet.
King street 328 feet.

Considerable blasting was done at the rock near Chars. Maisey's with the result that the road is now in a better condition.

Town solicitor mckenzie recommended the acceptance by the town of a deed and plan from Margaret E. Trueman and others of an extension to Prince William Street, and a new street running east and west and parallel to Stanley Street East and through the McMillan property. On Motion said streets were named Prince William and Arran respectively.
